JDM Sports Group is the exclusive commercial rights holder of the IACSF Drone Combat World Championship, launching as a five-round season in 2027. We fund the purse, build the arena, produce the feed and sell the inventory, so the federation can govern and the pilots can fly.

A championship needs three things to exist: a body that writes the rules and licenses the competitors, a promoter that puts up the money and stages the events, and partners who host, broadcast and sponsor them. JDM Sports Group is the second of those.

We take an exclusive commercial licence from a sanctioning federation, then carry the risk of building the property into something a broadcaster will pay for and a venue will want on its calendar. Governance stays with the federation; the commercial risk and the operating work sit with us.

Our first property is drone combat. The International Aerial Combat Sport Federation governs the discipline; we hold the worldwide commercial rights to its World Championship under a multi-year agreement, and we stage rounds both on our own and alongside established motorsport and air-sport weekends.

What we do

Own

Exclusive commercial rights, secured by long-term agreement with the sanctioning body, with clean title we can warrant to every partner.

Operate

Arena build, event safety, officials, run-of-show and the aviation and venue compliance file for every round, standalone or co-located.

Promote

Pilot recruitment, purse funding, ticketing, the championship website and the content that carries a new sport to its first audience.

Sell

Arena naming, supplier and qualifier partnerships, the host feed, digital and clip rights, packaged by territory and by round.

Drone Combat World Championship

Licensed FPV pilots compete in sealed, homologated aircraft inside a netted arena, under rules written and enforced by the IACSF. JDM Sports Group is the exclusive commercial rights holder, promoter and purse funder.

Inaugural season 2027

Rounds run as standalone events and as part of Jet World Championship weekends hosted by JWC Holdings. Open qualifiers precede each round.

Championship final

Venues and dates are confirmed with hosts under the Event Host Agreement and announced jointly with the IACSF.

Flying in it

Pilots need a national remote-pilot certificate (FAA Part 107 in the United States) and the IACSF UAS Tier 1 competition licence, then a place through an open qualifier before each round. Aircraft are sealed by the IACSF Technical Inspector; the Combat Module and Reference Kit are supplied to the federation standard.

Working with the people who make a championship happen

A drone combat round is new inventory: new airtime, new arena positions, new audience. It is sold beside a host's existing inventory, not carved out of it.

Sponsorship

Arena Naming Partner, Feed Partner, official supplier and qualifier packages for the 2027 season, priced on a published rate card. Every placement complies with the IACSF Sponsorship Integrity Policy, which excludes weapons manufacturers as a category.

Media rights

Host feed, digital and clip rights by territory, as exclusive, regional or single-round packages. A licensee's rights are never diluted by a host's world feed. Prospective exclusive partners can join the Round 1 trial with a 30-day matching window.

Hosting

Flight windows are fixed with the host's own flight director and written into the Event Host Agreement, so the round adds a second discipline to a weekend without competing for its airspace or its sponsors. Host deck and integration plan on request.

Federations

We take the commercial risk and leave governance where it belongs. Rules, licensing, officiating, homologation and integrity policy stay with the sanctioning body; we report revenue annually under the agreement and fund the minimum purse regardless of the season's result.
